Looking for an experienced dog sitter!

We have two large Bernedoodles—Ginny and Gus—and are looking for an experienced dog sitter to care for them! When we travel for extended periods (typically no more than 3 weeks) we would like to have someone we trust stay at our house and care for the doggos. We are looking for someone who can commit to their exercise and training requirements, which usually is between 3-6 miles per day depending on how much play and interaction they are receiving while in the house. They are large dogs and require someone with confidence and experience to ensure they get enough exercise and are on their best behavior. Definitely looking for someone with a bit of dog training experience working with larger breeds, and MUST focus on positive reinforcement techniques. No shock, pinch, or choke collars; you should be familiar with (or be willing to learn quickly) the use of training treats, multi-point harnesses, and foundational canine good citizen exercises. Ideally we would like someone with a flexible work schedule, preferably who can work from home, or commit to not leaving the dogs alone in the house for more than 4-5 hours at a time. We prefer someone who is prompt and on top of communication, with a willingness to shoot us a few updates while we’re gone.
