WANT TO BE PART OF MAKING THE 2022 MILWAUKEE SUMMERFEST A SUCCESS ? Are you a friendly, out-going, organized person who enjoys meeting, working with and interacting with folks from all walks of life? We are looking for individuals in the local Milwaukee area & events / transportation professionals who are interested in helping with the 2022 Milwaukee Summerfest Event Transportation Program. WE HAVE WORK LOCATIONS IN: Milwaukee Greenfield Wauwatosa JOB REQUIREMENTS: You will often be the first person or sometimes the last person for those attending the 2022 Milwaukee Summerfest utilizing our transporation shuttle system, so great first, last impressions and passenger service are important to us. *You must be able to stand, walk, and count passengers for extended hours during your work shift. *You must be willing to communicate and answer basic questions from Summerfest attendees, shuttle bus drivers and the rest of the events team. *You must have own reliable transportation to/from work site location(s) *You must be able to arrive on time for your scheduled shifts. *You must have your own cell phone for days of event operations that you are scheduled to work. *You must be willing to work outdoor during the entire shift *You may be willing to work independently or with other assigned event team members. PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED: * Prior events transportation experience * Prior events operations experience THE AVAILABLE WORK DAYS: *Week #1 June 23rd,24th and 25th (Thurs, Friday, Saturday) *Week #2 June 30, July 1st and July 2nd (Thurs, Friday, Saturday) *Week #3, July 7th, 8th and 9th (Thurs, Friday, Saturday) *Shifts are from 4pm – 1am each day of event operations *In person training is tentatively scheduled for the afternoon or evening of Tuesday, June 21st or Wednesday, June 22nd (To be confirmed after hire). COMPENSATION $25 / Hour, paid at the end of each event week $15/day food stipend Uniform allowance possible depending on number of shifts scheduled.
