Jury Trial Focus Group

We are looking for Vermont residents to participate (remotely) in a jury trial focus group. This focus group is about a real case that may be going to trial. Interested participants must be willing to listen to the facts of the case, discuss with fellow “jurors”, and give us honest feedback. You may be asked to deliberate and reach a verdict. To be eligible, you must be 18 years old or older, live in Vermont, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to share your thoughts and feelings about the material presented. Because this is a real case, participants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Your personal information will be kept confidential. Participants should have a reliable internet connection and be familiar with using Zoom. Participants will be paid $25/hr for a two to three-hour session to be held beginning at 5:30 pm on Thursday June 2, 2022. Payment will be made at the end of the session via Venmo or Paypal.
