Contractor/Handyman needed for 1-2 fix and flips

Hi, Im a property flipper in Florida and southern Georgia. I purchased a house in Trion Ga that is small(850 sqft). Its needing the basic remodel(paint, floors, fixture, landscaping, etc). Im also buying one in Summerville. Basically im expanding north and looking for a contractor to remodel them. If your available and in those areas email me and lets talk. Will buy more homes in the area if i find the right contractor to work with.
