Lead-singing drummer, seeks professional guitarist for well established cover duo! Playing out at leat one night a week at all quality venues, mostly N. MA\S. NH area. I do all the booking, promotion, posters, ads...etc. We already have a huge fan-base of great people. Have a nice, small, powerful PA that sounds incredible! Quick, easy set-up and break down, but with plenty of power for large or small rooms. Fills any room with sound, at high or low volume. Great, diverse, popular song list, NO filler tunes. This is an electric-acoustic act with the sound of a multi-piece band! You won't believe the songs that two talented musicians, with great vocals can pull off! $175-$200 each per night, plus tips depending on where we play. Shows are 3 hours, we pack a lot of quality music into 3 hours. *You must be professional with a good attitude and have some significant experience playing out live in front of an audience. *You need to be a good, solid guitar player with good chops, and a good feel for different styles of music, and be able to keep the songs full and moving, and to play for the song. * You must have a good singing voice for lead/back-up vocals and harmonies. * You need to have good quality professional gear including a decent high-end electric-acoustic guitar with a jack, a good mic, stand and cords. (Any other processing for your guitar is up to you). * Reliable transportation. * Should have the ability to learn songs relatively quickly, by ear and sometimes on the fly. It's a cake gig! Learn tunes, show up on time with your gear, help set up the PA, play great music, to great people, at great places, make great money and have a blast doing it! I can guarantee for the right person, this will be one of the best acts you'll ever play in, and the most fun that you'll ever have doing something you love!
