Moving heavy stones for stone steps

I have two heavy granite stones I want moved to make two steps. The bottom step the ground will need to be Doug out to have stone so it sits well for first step. Stones I estimate may weigh 400-600 pounds Having a bob cat or machinery would make easier. I am offering $300 for the two stones to be moved and placed as steps. The first stone since large will need to be Doug out a little more.
