LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Springfield/Branson/Joplin, MO - Part Time  Service locations include SGF Springfield-Branson National Airport, Battlefield Mall, and approximately 5 Fitness locations $780 / month for Airport and Mall locations In addition: $20.00 per hour with mileage for servicing fitness locations Nights, weekend, and holiday availability is required COMPANY BACKGROUND Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services. BASIC FUNCTION The Part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within a defined area in the Springfield/Branson/Joplin, MO area including, airport, mall and fitness club locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and repair of equipment Maintain clean equipment Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager Improve revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management Other assignments as needed. SKILLS Working knowledge of equipment Electrical and mechanical equipment repair Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Valid Drivers license required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
