Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate firm in Clayton, is currently seeking either a ful ltime Maintenance Technician for our apartment complex in Fairfield, IL and our apartment complex in Centralia, IL or a part time maintenance technician to oversee maintenance needs at one of those apartment complexes. Prior experience in residential maintenance preferred. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to interact with tenants and vendors, good problem solving skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work on call hours.
