Handyman Needed for Skateboard Tile Project

Hello, I'm looking for help with an assembly + wall mounting project… I bought a set of wooden "skateboard tiles” 1 FT by 1 FT. I’m looking to adhere the wooden tiles to a 5 FT by 3 FT piece of wood. Once the art project is assembled, mount the wood to my living room wall. This project will entail: - Meeting at my house to review the skateboard tiles - Driving to Home Depot together to pick up the required wood (must have truck or van) - Adhering the skateboard tiles to the wood - Mounting the art piece to my living room wall in a secure manner My budget for this project is $200 total.
