Need someone good with metal work

I have a belt buckle that needs a wider metal loop attached to the back. In the attached picture you can see that there is a buckle on the left with a large metal loop and one on the right with a small loop! The loop was too small and I tried to widen it, but made it too narrow. Essentially I need someone who can remove the small loop and replace it with a loop like the one on the left picture. All the while NOT scratching the design on the buckle in front!! That's super important!!
