Rehoming Bumi the Chiweenie

We are rehoming Bumi, our Male Ghost Dapple Chiweenie, blue and brown eyes(heterochromia iridis) I can't remember how old he is (almost a year) but he is unaltered, has his first round of shots only. We cannot financially afford to have him after our recent move and he is extremely stressed out in his current environment. Bumi needs an active household with older children who can repect his boundries or none. He is in a household with a cat and 2 children so he does have exposure to both. Gets along great with the cat but I haven't had the opportunity to expose him to other dogs. We are working on his food aggression, and he is doing good with walking away when you tell him no; but it is a process that will need to be continued. Potty trained but will not go up and down multiple fights of stairs; and does not like being picked up. Enjoys car rides, will sit in the seat and chill. Rehoming fee of $200 required to prove you are able to provide him with adequate vet care. He will come with his toys, bed, and food.
