Looking for handyman for weekend

Hello Handymen I just closed on an apartment next to vista del Norte park. It’s move in ready but I would like to have it spruced up before I move in. I have a list full of things I would like done over the weekend. 1. Paint walls in the apartment is only about 900 sq ft and I just need a few walls not all. Also touch up baseboards areas it needs. You will have to just see what needs painted. And there are only a few tiny holes to puddy as well. It will be just the same color as it already is. I just want to match the paint to the walls and baseboards. 2. Replace thermostat 3. Replace a edge of vinyl on counter top. It’s literally only a inch chipped off. 3. Change a few screws and change air filter. 4. Change some blinds. 5. Change faucet in kitchen sink. 6. Clean carpet, windows and floors and baseboards before leaving. I rather someone give me price they will do the job for instead of hourly pay. There is a Home Depot 5 minutes from me and a lowes 7 minutes from me. I’ll pay you for your runs to the store as well.
