Who knows: plumbing, PEX, electrical,
hang drywall, paint, toliet, sink, bath repair / install.
Flooring, tile floor and walls of a bathroom.
Siding, build new walls, etc.
AND
Sweep, rake leaves, pick up trash sometimes, etc.
Anything that needs to be done.
Keeping the units looking nice. : )
One unit is a singlewide trailer that I need someone to complete the remoding.
(If you need a place to live we could maybe work something out)
I'll join in and help sometimes.
