HVAC Mechanics and Helpers for new residential s/f homes, multifamily homes. Must have a valid Drivers License and transportation. Must be able to read blue prints. Mechanics must have 4 (four) years experience, all hand tools, battery/corded drills. Helpers must have basic hand tools and a willingness to learn. Must be able to install refrigerant piping (line sets), thermostat wire, thermostats, knowledge of zone damper, PVC drain lines, ductwork installation. Startup of heat pumps and gas furnaces a plus.
