Personal Assistant Looking for a vibrant/joyful personal assistant who enjoys fashion and design. A laid back team player with a positive outlook. An individual who is not allergic to furry friends. We have two dogs at workspace. • Making coffee (Grinding beans) • Taking out trash • Plant care • Feed/Walk 2 furry babies (Walking them/Taking them to dog park) • Running Errands (Bank deposits/Post office/ Shopping) • Scheduling (Doctors apps/Making reservations/Calendar) • Light food prep (Sandwiches/Wraps for lunches/Cutting fruit) • Light cleaning (Dishes/Bathrooms) We already have a cleaning lady light cleaning. • Organizing/Purging • Mobile Phone ( Updates/Calendar/Voicemail) • Daily post on social media Facebook/Insta • Filming video’s and posting video weekly Placing orders (Amazon, Home depot ect...) • Preparing for meetings prior to clients for (Design/Holistic) Must have transportation, valid driver's license/insurance.
