A New York Research firm is conducting a paid 45minute study on behalf of a well-known online payroll provider for small businesses (5/26-6/3). The compensation is a $100 Amazon eGiftCard emailed to you after the study. During the research session we would like you to tell us about how you signed up for a payroll service, or what you’re looking for from a payroll service. As well as share your thoughts and feedback on some initial designs to ensure the user experience is clear and to let us know where it can be improved or simplified. We will not ask you to enter any “real” data or anything that is confidential. You will never be asked to sign-up or purchase anything. This is strictly research.
