Retired couple on a limited income seeking a younger male Cockatiel, or does anyone know of any private party that raises cockatiels. we already have a Cockatiel that would be a good friend to him, We are looking to rehome a male also. Must be located in the Eugene/Springfield Oregon area (ONLY)
