LOCATION MANAGER - Part-time, Columbus, OH $1750 / month Approximately 15 hours per week at airport, 4 hours a week at mall (paid bi-weekly) In addition: $20 per hour with mileage for servicing fitness locations Great Opportunity for a current mall employee, airport employee, student, or retiree. BASIC FUNCTION The Location Manager is a part-time role to service cart operations at Columbus International Airport and strollers at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing. Technical ability is preferred for this position, but we are willing to train on repair and maintenance of the equipment for the right candidate. Cash management experience is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the top qualities in our ideal candidate. This position will report to the District Service Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs. Maintain clean equipment at all times. Perform collections accurately, bank and report financial transactions as directed by the District Service Manager. Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner. Respond to Planet Fitness service calls in a timely manner- perform maintenance on the chairs and report back on work performed. Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte. Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager. Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed. Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships. Manage location in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and Smarte Carte and facility policies and procedures. Other assignments as needed. EDUCATION Technical degree preferred SKILLS Troubleshooting ability; root-cause analysis Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use Cash management LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Valid Drivers license required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
