Responsibilities and Duties: • General cleaning in units/hallways/property • Clean appliances and kitchen spaces • bathroom cleaning,Wash windows (inside and out) • Mopping • Vacuuming • Qualifications: • Work independently with minimal supervision • Time management, motivated and hard working • Follow health and safety standards • Communication • Reliable transportation • Smart phone Salary/Benefits:Health insurance,dental,vision,401k, full-time, *Typically, an 8AM start. **Generally, 40 hours a week, some weeks are short based on property needs
