My name is Saxon, I just turned 3, I am 105lbs and I have been neutered. I have all of my shots/vaccinations up to date. My owner has a terminal illness and can no longer keep me and is desperately trying to find me a good home. If you open your home to me I can guarantee you that I will be loyal, loving, and protective of you and your family. I am good with other dogs as well as with cats and children. I have never been aggressive with anyone, I love to play, and although I am not super great at fetch I know how to do it. I have been housebroken since I was 12 weeks old. I know how to sit, come, and lay down on command and I am working on learning to stay. I love to go on walks and when my owner was healthy he taught me how to heel with my pronged collar so that I wouldn't pull away. Even if you do not think I am a good fit for you if you might know of anyone who would want me I would be grateful for any help you might offer in finding me a new home. I am currently being boarded with my sister (german shepard who has a home lined up for herself) and my owner will be happy to drive me to wherever you are located.
