Description
Small, senior property is in need of a Maintenance Technician immediately.
Will handle routine work orders, cleaning of the common areas, and turnovers of vacant apartments.
Must have basic knowledge of:
Drywall repair
Plumbing
Electricity
Painting
Cleaning
Must be available for rotating on-call. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving license.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with a half hour lunch break.
Will need to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
