The Positions: We are hiring part-time and full-time team members. We are currently looking for Dog Daycare Attendants. Future advancement into customer service may be an option for applicants that are interested and qualified. All team members are responsible for safe management of dogs at play. Most of our client's pups are high energy so team members must be very patient and comfortable with dog play. This is a very active physical job that requires a great deal of energy. It can be loud, smelly, and messy. -- At Club K-9 we put a strong emphasis on positive dog training techniques and handling skills. Team members are expected to be respectful and kind to pups, clients, and each other at all times. We are looking for team members that are passionate about animals and who want to improve the dog daycare industry. Requirements: All applicants must love dogs and be comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds. Applicants must have fantastic communication skills, great references, be able to stand and walk around for at least 8 hours, lift 50 pounds, think and move quickly, and be comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds in a loud, fast paced, ever changing environment. Applicants must also have basic knowledge related to caring for dogs, efficient cleaning, the ability to take initiative and make good common-sense decisions. Team members must have a "can-do" attitude. Team members are expected to be on time to work, reliable, complete tasks quickly, and be solution oriented. References will be checked. Professional experience with dogs, or previous experience at a daycare is preferred, but not required. We are open 365 days a year with modified holiday hours.
