Here is what I need for a rental home: 1. Tear out 1,000 sq.ft. of flooring (carpeting and laminate) and remove and dump 2. Install 560 sq.ft. of carpeting and padding (do you have samples?) 3. Install 420 sq.ft. of LVT vinyl tile (I will supply) and take care of baseboards Would prefer to deal with one person for the whole job, but will consider all. For carpeting, it would be good if you were an independent installer with your own carpet supply and samples. Need this done very soon. It would be good if you were licensed and bonded. If you don’t have licensed, then I expect a better price. Best price gets the job. Write back with your estimate and background experience.
