2 construction projects- need quality contractor

we have 2 projects needing a reliable contractor to preform : 1)small plumbing and bathroom setup ( see pics of bathroom and diagram of prefab shower). 2) wall repair (car drove through the building, see pics.) including framing, siding, painting and finish work : THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR OF THE EXTERIOR WALL THAT SUSTAINED DAMAGE. BASED ON THE LIMITED DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING, WORK IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR THE REPAIR OF THE DAMAGED FRAMING AND THE REMAINING BUILDING MAY REMAIN AS IS PER OSSC 3404.1. BUILDING WILL BE OCCUPIED THROUGH CONSTRUCTION PHASE, METHODS OF EGRESS WILL NOT BE IMPEDED DURING CONSTRUCTION. THIS IS A REPAIR PROJECT TO RETURN THE BUILDING TO ITS PRE DAMAGED CONDITION ONLY; NO ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE FOOTPRINT OR PROFILE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING. need someone that can do both. we have a budget of 14K for two projects. can come and estimate for yourself this Friday.
