The ability sustain dependable and reliable work attendance. The ability to work in a 34 - 36 degree, refrigerated environment. The ability to lift 25-50lbs on a regular basis. The ability to stand for entire shift. The ability to work weekends and the desire to work overtime. The ability to uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines. Have reliable personal transportation – Unfortunately public transportation does not support some production hours.
