WILL TRAIN!!! Here's your opportunity to learn and grow with a company. Great established company has opening for a full-time apartment maintenance technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, great at multi-tasking, hard working, punctual, positive attitude, and has a high standard for quality. This person will assist in various tasks, including painting, installing doors and shelves, light tile work (will train), and other tasks as assigned. Some experience/knowledge of basic tools, caulking, etc. needed. May also assist with preventative maintenance on the property and apartments, as well as other work orders. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday. Seriously considered applicants will have to pass background check and drug screening (no illegal drug use). $22/hour. Company currently provides 75% of dental/vision, contributes towards medical insurance, generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package with 20 days paid leave per year in addition to holidays, IRA retirement plan after one year (with company match!).
