The Position: We are looking for someone to clean, paint, and perform minor repairs at SHA residential properties. The Compensation: The pay rate is $23.75 per hour. Minimum Requirements Proof of vaccination on first day of employment. Please read our vaccination policy. High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be substituted for educational requirement up to two years. Experience and/or training in apartment maintenance work preferred but not required Valid Washington driver's license with an insurable driving record Essential Duties: Perform cleaning and housekeeping in vacated units Prepare for and paint residential units Perform curb appeal tasks for the property Clean hallways, reception areas, offices, and restrooms daily The Location: Yesler Terrace, 808 Fir Street, Seattle, WA 98104 Why Should You Apply?
