The ideal candidate is a self-starter, tech savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful. As a UX Research Program Coordinator, you will: Partner with a team of program managers to execute core operational processes. Support multiple programs with operational, administrative, and reporting activities.Ensure appropriate documentation is kept current.Create documentation for larger programs or initiatives.Provide consistent progress updates to the team.Participate in project meetings as necessary.Manage meeting minutes and calendars.Coordinate for multiple team programs including recruiting, onboarding and education.Manage team-wide metrics, data collection, and validation.Proactively manage requests and timelines while anticipating project issues and resolving them.Provide additional ad-hoc project support as needed.
