We are seeking crew members to join our growing team. Our mission is to make careers in construction more rewarding and personally impactful while providing better and more reliable service. We staff and manage multiple projects, and we partner with contractors who call on us to provide the workforce for their projects. With a focus on California, we work nationwide. Our active crews are set up for camping on or near our contracted projects, and many team members bring their vans, trailers, or motorhomes! We take care of camp setup, camp fees, utilities, and other amenities depending on crew size and project duration. We improve that experience with community activities, support, and meeting the needs of our people. It’s fun! Positions available: - Foremen/women - Skilled Tradespeople - Skilled Laborers - General Laborers - Administrators Pay ranges from $600 - $2,000 per week - Project Managers - Superintendents Negotiable Salary We value diversity, inclusion, and transparency.
