Rock Singer Wanted to Record Full Album

I'm a songwriter/drummer with 10 completed demo rock songs who needs a singer to record a full album. The songs currently feature an online session vocalist from the UK but we need someone who is local to Los Angeles. The goal is to re-record all 10 tracks with a new singer who would be part of the band going forward. We're going for mainstream catchiness with the sound. We're open to submissions from all singers with a strong rock voice. The ideal age would be someone in their 20s, but if your voice is awesome, other ages will be considered.
