A major wine brand is seeking an experienced PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to assist with their sponsorship activation at the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam. NOTE: This event requires physical labor at an extremely busy event. This is not a Brand Ambassador position. You will have to arrive early to obtain parking and enter the event as a vendor. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ARRIVE ON TIME. There will be a set up and tear down including lifting, loading and unloading and breaking a tent down. Must be able to lift 35lbs. IMPORTANT: Talent must provide and wear their own plain solid colored face mask for the duration of the event only IF requested by venue or event management. Production Assistant (PA) must be able to complete the physical requirements of this event including lifting, standing, bending, and standing in a stationary position. PA will be responsible for setting up event sponsorship area including signage, tent, tables etc. Talent to provide clean plain khaki or black pants or shorts and clean tennis shoes or closed toe comfortable shoes. Branded shirt, baseball style cap, and may be provided on site by client and must be worn. If weather requires, talent to provide their own plain black coat/jacket. This is an outdoor event (rain or shine). Date/Time: Thursday 6/2/22 1pm-7pm Sunday 6/5/22 4pm-10pm Rate: $35/hr plus up to $75 reimbursement for parking (can advance) and gas stipend is available. We need a reliable person who can complete the physical tasks required and arrive on time on each day.
