Clear out Storage Unit

I need someone with their own truck to clear out my parent's storage unit. According to them it is full of "junk" and furniture that has been ruined for the most part. Just need it loaded and hauled off to the landfill. I am willing to pay $100 for up to 5 hours of work. It definitely won't take longer than 5 hours...I expect it to take a max of 3 hours.
