Looking for 2 movers and a truck for a local move.

I need assistance on Thursday, June 2 with moving some items locally in Pacifica. The job entails picking up a (fairly heavy) treadmill and about 20 boxes and misc items and taking them to my storage unit a mile from my home. At the storage facility, I have a full 20x10 unit and I need the contents moved into my new 20x20 unit at the same facility. The contents include some furniture, boxes, misc household items. You will need a truck. Would love to find someone who could haul away some of the items I no longer want, but that is not required.
