Description
Using a treadmill and weights daily, but with increasing leg and knee pains, though no upper body discomfort. Treadmill is light, 3.5 mph, 10% incline, distance 3.5 miles. Do knee wraps help? Widely advertised, but expensive. Youthful retiree, healthy, 5'9", 152 lbs, and take Glucosamine daily, and now also an Aleve before treadmill. Any suggestions appreciated.
