ONLY FOR NY BANDS AND SOLO ARTISTS (MONTLY SHARE ONLY). Ladies and Gents, Monthly Room Share is available for Small Group or Solo Artist based in NY. Room is small, so only 3-4 ppl can fit in/practice. No Metalheads and No RapCrap (female fronted bands preferred, but not limited). Daytime 3 hours slots only, twice a week, bring and store your small combos if you prefer sound of your gear (or use mine, I have both Bass and Guitar Amps with pretty decent sound). 8 rehearsals each month between 12pm-3pm or 1pm-4pm or 2pm-6pm or 3pm-7pm (nights, after 8pm, I am keeping for my projects). Being renting this rehearsal room for almost 12 years, but I don"t have daytime rehearsals at this moment, so...grab it till it's available. 220$month | 3 months minimum| 1st and last month upfront | free WiFi and A/C, plus next door deli serves tasty hot and cold food.and drinks 24/7.
