The ideal candidate for this position will: - You have successfully worked in a high functioning environment powered by expectations and continual re-invention - You respect and apply policies and procedures that contribute to team success - You are open minded about trying new things, failing and growing out of that failure - You are aware of what needs to be done, not just what you need to do - You are prepared to hold yourself and fellow team members accountable when slipping away from a collective goal - You can accept feedback as opportunities to get better - Easily and efficiently work within computer applications - Able to ask the right questions to ensure project success; Manage client expectation with anticipation and confidence - Understand and apply the principles of “designing for print production” - Have an excellent eye for detail; Be relevant with current design and visual trends - Have stable, long-term experience in a similar role - Reliable without life distractions/drama; Emotional stability - Have highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Be service orientated and actively looking for ways to help clients and co-workers - Possess excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills - Must possess a valid driver’s License.
