I am seeking an experienced and reliable INSURED AND BONDED Construction Project Management Company to help me convert a single family home into a multifamily home. I am looking for an honest and fair company to build a long term partnership with starting with this project. 10-15 years experience required doing the following: -Coordinating construction projects start to finish - Pulling permits with the city of Houston ( with quick turn around time) - Subcontracting the work to be completed (Plumbing, electrical, tile, etc) ***Please reply via text with pictures of your work.
