Hardscape / Landscape Production Manager Company Description: We are a very reputable JOCO based Lawn and Landscape Business seeking an experienced Hardscape / Landscape Production Manager who is willing to grow with us. We are a full service company seeking professionals. Job Description: Looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, who likes working outside and who takes pride in his or her workmanship. We build patios, sidewalks, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, landscape plant knowledge is a must and basic construction skills are helpful, but not mandatory. Individual must be willing to jump in to other departments WHEN NEEDED. We work together; that is what the company is based upon. Team Work..... Hours: Vary depending on the jobs (overtime paid for all hours exceeding 40 per week). *Typical start time 6:30 am to 7:00 am Monday-Friday (some weekends due to weather or unforeseen circumstances) We understand people have a life & family and that is very important to us as well. Requirements: *Landscape/hardscape experience x 2+ years *Basic plant knowledge *Ability to read blueprints *Ability to run equipment (Dingo, loader, saws, etc.) *Ability to pull a trailer, and back it up with no problems (driving test will be performed) *Must be able to pass a background check (No theft, violence, or sex crimes for 7 years) *Must have a valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not mandatory), insurable driving record, reliable transportation to & from work and a DOT Medical card *Must speak, read and understand the English language (Bilingual Preferred) *Must show up to work on time daily (Willing to work late when needed) *No smoking on job sites or in trucks *Snow experience is a plus (4 wheeler, snow blowers, shovels, plow trucks, and operating a salter) Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO, and Simple IRA available upon completion of eligibility period(s).
