Urgently hiring Job details: Seeking self-driven, detail-oriented landscaping and lawn maintenance crew members. The crew members’ main objective is to properly maintain properties while meeting quality standards. The best applicants are strong leaders who require minimal supervision and consistently delivers above average results, while constantly displaying professionalism and respect to the clients. Crew members must be punctual and reliable and can be counted on to maintain good attendance records. Qualifications: • Driver's License (Required) • Landscape Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) Knowledge on running walk behind mowers Responsibilities and Duties: • Communication with customers regarding lawn care services • Completion of daily route assignments • Follow all safety policies and procedures • Responsible for secure and safe maintenance of vehicles and equipment • Able to identify the most important priorities and act accordingly daily • Must have the ability to operate equipment, trucks, and lift up to 80lbs. Working Schedule: • Willing to work long hours as necessary to accomplish set goals • Willing to arrive at 6 AM – usually finished by 6 PM, depending on the season • Must be willing to work Saturdays during peak demand seasons. • Must be comfortable with a highly seasonal job and enjoy the change of pace Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $10 to $15 an hour Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Landscape Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required)
