*Please apply at Job Description Position Responsibilities: Emptying containers filled with food scraps Thoroughly clean all containers and lids (i.e. washing, soaping, rinsing), readying them to be returned to our members Sorting through containers to remove contamination (i.e. anything that can’t be composted) Cleaning work vehicles (interior and exterior) when needed Maintaining a neat and tidy work environment for storage of operations materials Completion of additional tasks, as may be assigned from time to time Click here to check out some photos of our Onsite Operations team in action, and get a better sense of what the day-to-day looks like!​ Company Overview: Our mission at CompostNow is to grow the composting movement by making it easy for our members to divert food waste and enrich soils. Pay starts at $18/hr and full time employees can qualify for health insurance after 90 days. Exceptional performers are eligible for a 5% raise at 1-year mark.
