This is a Door 2 Door Position The Solar Industry in hyper-growth mode, we are in 6 markets across 5 states and looking for amazing people to join our growing team. Solar is a $18.7 billion industry and growing. We are looking for a door to door Solar Sales Representative to join our field team! You will be responsible for informing customers on the benefits of solar and helping them realize the savings with going solar. The appointment setting position is commission based off of kilowatt production! Responsibilities: Work with a team and knock in designated areas set by Area Manager (AM) Respond to all communications (emails, texts, phone calls, etc.) within at least 24 hours Report all setting numbers to the assigned Area manager on a daily basis by days end. Be hungry to grow your career Be coachable, and have grit 20 good qualified conversations per day 1 set/appointment per day Weekly Commission payout based on deals booked per month: Average reps walk away with $1,500 per week, top performers average $2,500 per week
