Seeking responsible hard working landscape/hardscape technicians and Project Managers/Crew Leaders and an installation team to install architectural pavers and retaining walls on residential and commercial projects Responsibilities: - Install concrete and stone pavers, landscaped block walls, and miscellaneous landscape features - Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites - Support team in maintaining/stocking trucks, equipment, and tools - Review daily goals with Foreman each morning - Assist Crew Leader with daily job reports in tracking material, labor, equipment, and Subs - Learn and safely and efficiently operate equipment (including skid steer, mini excavator, and small engine equipment and tools) - General knowledge of job site technology utilizing computer programs and applications Skills: - Knowledge of Hardscape and Landscape Construction - Highly motivated with ability to work with a TEAM - Attention to detail, quality workmanship, and safe environment - Strong communication skills and professional client and consultant relationships - Systems minded, process driven, and results oriented - Ability to provide training and mentoring to Installation Trainees - Valid NYS Driver License required
