We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to undertake the responsibility of maintaining the condition and functionality of a multi-family complex and running the on-site maintenace staff. Drive Self-motivated with a desire to learn and willing to go above and beyond, works well with minimal or no supervision Responsibilities - Painting multiple vacant units to prepare them for move-ins - Processing work orders for repairs in occupied units - Performing repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins - Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained - Additional duties as assigned Physical Demands - Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear - Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions Qualifications Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm On-call schedule (on for two weeks, off for two/three weeks) Benefits - Health insurance - 401k and 401k matching - Paid time off - Health savings account - Employee discount - Employee assistance program
