We have a 2500' space in an existing warehouse that we will set up for boutique retail display. We are looking for design and installation of a cool, creative, inexpensive and safe fabric 'ceiling' to complement the space. Our vision is to simply rig a number of wispy, gauzy lightweight fabric panels or streamers (fire retardant of course) from various fixed points along the walls, ceiling and utility pipes in order to create a fun, kinetic 'ceiling in motion' moved by airflows. The length and width, mounting points, direction of flow for each fabric panel will vary so the end result will be a very irregular, organic visual effect. Think kites, clouds, streamers, contrails. We are not certain if this gig is best suited for stage and theatre riggers or event planners, or? Our products are electronic music synthesizers, guitar pedals and other musical items so the 'main stage' items we display should be a nice backdrop for the right ceiling treatment. Send us a few pictures of anything you have done that seems relevant-- we need someone to design the right look, buy necessary hardware and materials, and do installation. We can supply a scissor lift tall enough to reach everything. Feel free to stop in and check out the space any time we are open.
