Looking for Journeyman/ journeywoman construction workers/carpenters or other well versed trades people. Looking to hire 1-3 people. Must have a main trade, but also able to do other crafts as well. MUST HAVE TOOLS AND TRANSPORTATION. Leave the drugs and alcohol at home. This is a temporary to permanent position. Must be able to work from Northern NJ to Philadelphia. **Carpenters - reading blueprints/plans is an absolute must. Must know all aspects of framing, interior renovation work, concrete form construction, drywall, finish work and scaffold building ** Mason- must know plans, foundation layout, brick/block work, stucco, underpinning, concrete work, scaffold building. **laborer- Must be experienced in general construction, concrete work, scaffolding, demolition/site cleanup, small equipment operation. Must be strong and hard worker. Must be willing to learn. Pay is $15-30 an hour. W-4 or 1099. Bonuses can be paid for ahead of schedule work or great quality work.
