We are looking for a motivated team player to join our maintenance crew. We are a small company that services well maintained properties, and are detailed oriented. You must be a responsible, motivated, team player that wants to help the company grow. We keep a friendly atmosphere to work. We use all new machines and equipment to make the job easier. Room to grow and level up for the right individual. Job will entail mowing/edging/blowing lawns, trimming bushes, and doing cleanups when needed. On some days, you may be asked to also install dirt, mulch, plants, or pavers etc. Saturday hours are optional but available for a bonus. Individual must be: -21 years of age or older -clean record (does not need drivers license) -pass a drug test -have a way to get to work or close to the yard (yard is in Paramus by the Plaza Mall) -speak some English/fluent in Spanish -have at least 2 years experience edging and mowing lawns. -pay negotiable based on experience -job can start immediately(if you need to start in 1 or 2 weeks that can be agreed to if needed) -working cell phone -must be able to lift/carry 50-80lbs regularly.
