Free Family Day: Ring in the fun at the Telephone Museum!

Family day at A&H with crafts, interactive technology, and 3 museums! Your family is invited to step back in time as you explore communications technology and the history of the telephone at A&H’s Telephone Museum. In this interactive museum, children can try their hand at working the switching station, hands-on displays and discover the story of the Winter Park Telephone Company, founded in Maitland by Carl Galloway. Families are invited to explore other museums on our main campus as well! Afterwards, join our education team across the street in the covered area in front of our Germaine Marvel Building where children are invited to combine art and technology. We’ll have a special workshop creating 3D art sculptures featuring vintage telephone wires! Come anytime between 10am and 1pm! Admission to the museums and children’s art workshop is free.
