Two cats need quiet home

I have 2 cats that need a quiet home. They cannot handle the chaos of our house and are not having a good quality of life. Barney is our orange tabby, he’s about 8 years old. He would prefer to be an only cat or with another male cat. Angelo is our long haired tabby, but we cannot get a picture of him because he won’t come out from under the couch. Neither one is able to roam about the house because of the dogs we have and ours not fair to the cats. We are asking for an $80 rehoming fee each, so we know they’re going to a good home, it’s nonnegotiable.
