Guitarist, early 50’s if it matters. Lots of playing/gigging/recording experience. Looking for a situation local to Leominster area. It could be just jamming in someone’s garage, it could be writing/performing original material, or even a cover band. I just want to PLAY. Stylistically I’m a rock/pop guy. Not “pop” in the sense of a Katy Perry, but more like XTC, Garbage, or Jellyfish. On the rock end, I cut my teeth on bands like Rush, VH, Yes, STP, etc. I prefer trios- drums, bass, guitar, and vocals but could be flexible if there’s chemistry. I can do backing vocals but I’m no lead vocalist. If this were something to evolve into a gigging band, I’d probably be down for a gig or two (max) a month, with one weekly rehearsal.
