Kayak fell off at 295/95

We were finishing up our move Tuesday, May 25, and the straps for our brand new kayak snapped and the kayak fell into the road on 295 SB right before the I95 interchange (on the Northside). Due to construction there was no safe way to pull over in the moment. We called FHP and they were going to stop traffic so we could turn around and get it, but before we were able to someone took it! It's an Old Town Loon Angler - brown and green. It has a black cover over the cockpit, and inside is our dog's life jacket and our Werner paddle (blue). Please help us find our kayak - we saved up so long and just encountered a string of insanely bad luck. All we want to do is kayak together - any info or help is appreciated!
